What greater comfort than enjoying a temperature between 22ºC and 25ºC, in the whole house, day and night, during all the year and with an energy consumption almost nil? How can we get it? With the 5 construction principles of Passivhaus and the 3 technological advances on which we are based when building our houses:

INSULATION – WATERPROOFING – BREAK OF THERMAL BRIDGES

The goal of PASSIVHAUS is getting a thermal effect similar to what occurs in a cave. That is, the same temperature in the whole house, 22ºC in winter and 25 ºC in summer, regardless the weather outside the house. This effect starts to be achieved with a maximum insulation, based on a structure created with laminated solid wooden patch panels. These 35-cm thick panels, of which 25cm are insulating materials, are industrialized in a factory in an assembly chain, so the specialists

avoid any kind of mistake as to their composition and tightness,  which is paramount for the assemblage on site. Afterwards, the house’s INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR FINISHES will be at the client’s taste.

COMFORTABLE VENTILATION SYSTEM

The continuous supply of fresh air indoors, where we spend over the 70% of our time, is essential for our health. For that reason we use comfortable Zehnder ventilation systems, which ensure a homogeneous renewal from used air into fresh air. In addition, they include a heat recovery system, which ensures the high energy performance of the house. It is, without a doubt, the perfect solution to keep the house free from external harmful agents, such as noise, pollution, pollen, gramineous, etc. This system improves people’s comfort and welfare.

 

AEROTHERMAL AND RADIANT CEILING

Enjoying the maximum comfort at home is not a desire, but one of our basic needs. In order to achieve it, we use the best technological solutions and we do so with Zehnder, a Swiss manufacturer, expert on developing products satisfying health, comfort and energy conservation.

With the Zehnder radiant system, we provide the perfect indoor environment by means of an optimal temperature and humidity conditions during all the year.  This technology removes the typical inconveniences of traditional systems, such as temperature fluctuation or undesired air flows.

PHOTOVOLTAIC AND STORAGE BATTERY

In order to cover the energy demand of household appliances, the refrigeration system, the swimming-pool engine, the electric car and any other additional consumption in the house, ISER equips our houses with photovoltaic solar modules and an energy storage battery to generate the energy needed autonomously. Everything is monitored so as to get online access to the generation and consumption.

PASSIVHAUS INSTITUTE CERTIFICATE

Our houses are certified by the PASSIVHAUS Institute. Only this certificate guarantees a minimum energy consumption and, what is more important, an exceptional comfort, welfare and healthiness inside our houses.
