Joselito combines pleasure and knowledge into a stylish bistro with a concept which focuses completely on the world of the Iberian and seasonal products: Joselito’s Velázquez. A manor house, decorated in a contemporary vintage style where all the gourmet possibilities offered by Joselito are developed in the highest quality: a delicatessen store linked to haute cuisine, two separate dining rooms, private events, take away and catering service.

The added value of this gastronomic boutique is its cellar, located in the lower floor. A former coal oven of exposed brick, transformed into a private room, protagonized by a designer table, and accompanied by a glass showcase which keeps the best vintages of Joselito’s hams and the baggage of 150 years. The ideal space for the most exclusive events, tasting courses, Joselito’s ham cut courses… In short, a tune-up of ham warehouse converted into a private space.

A unique classroom to live unforgettable moments with flavors, textures and scents offered by Joselito in each one of its pieces, which are handcrafted in a process controlled by the house from the beginning until the end. Joselito experts will guide the guest through a range of sensations in its vertical tasting.
