Recipe of roasted kid goat leg by the Restaurante Andra Mari

Ingredients for 4 people:

4 kid goat legs (350 grs. each)

Lard

Garlic and salt

Brandy

Peel and crush a few garlic cloves and spread them over the legs, add salt and lard, and place in the oven for 45 minutes. Then turn the legs to the other side, add a bit of broth or water and sprinkle with brandy. Let them cook for 30 more minutes. Remove from the oven and serve.
