Prize Days in The Lady Elizabeth School

Prize Days for both Primary and Secondary were, as always, occasions to celebrate learning and to recognise the achievements and effort of all our pupils in The Lady Elizabeth School.

The younger Primary School Children, Foundation 1 to Year 2, received books in recognition of their amazing learning. Year 3 to Year 6 pupils were awarded individual subject prizes and overall achievement and effort prizes were also given. Each Key Stage performed a song for their parents to enjoy.

The Secondary Prize Day format was similar, with each Key Stage having a separate prize giving. Head Pupils addressed each Key Stage encouraging students to give their best throughout their school years. Beautiful performances from the choir and individuals added to the wonderful ambience.

Holding the Prize Day in the Secondary School Theatre along with the change in format, was much appreciated as each individual event focused solely on students from a Key Stage. Parents were invited to drinks and tapas after each prize giving event and it was wonderful to utilise the fabulous facilities that we now have.
