Interview with Asun Montoya, Founder of AM Concept

AM Concept by Asun Montoya is an interior design and decoration studio located in Almoradi (Alicante) widely recognized in the world of interior design. What does it mean for AM Concept to receive the prestigious Luxury Lifestyle Award?

The award is recognition of our commitment to excellence in interior design. It reinforces our determination to continue creating spaces that exude serenity, lightness and harmony, and fills us with pride for our work on projects such as “Square House” located in Alicante’s Vega Baja.

What was the process AM Concept followed to realize the award-winning project?

From the outset, we were involved in the search for an architectural team that would align with our design approach. We then worked on the layout, structural forms, choice of materials, lighting, furniture and textiles to ensure we met the functional needs and aesthetic preferences of the client.

What aspects of Square House’s interior design stand out and have earned it recognition as “Best Luxury Residential Interior Design”?

Square House is undoubtedly a residential masterpiece. We wanted its design to achieve a perfect fusion between urban comfort and the beauty of the sweeping views of the Alicante countryside. On its façade we created a contrast between white volumes, opulent marble and the wooden entrance.

One of the most striking features of this property is the curved staircase in the main entrance hall, adorned with Tonelli lamps, which creates a visually cascading effect. In the interior design we have opted for integrated lighting, flush doors and details such as integrated skirting boards, which contribute to creating an atmosphere of serenity and lightness in every corner.

In order to further enhance the overall harmony, contemporary and elegant furniture has been used to create a sophisticated and comfortable living space.
