Azul Mediterráneo
Azul Mediterráneo is a totaly new concept, with its spectacular blue color. The Azul Mediterráneo is made as a tribut to the Mediterane sea for its blue color. Its made from chardonnay grapes. Chardonnay is one of the grapes for elaboration of white wine with greater presence in the world viticulture, and one of the most important in the production of champagne and white wine grape, and now Azul Mediterráneo.
The color comes naturaly from pigment called anthocyanin.This pigment is extracted from the skin of red grapes and is mixed with the broth until the chardonnay grape color that characterizes the Azul Mediterráneo. Anthocyanin is natural color and have colors from orange, red and pink to purple and blue natural dye.
Anthocyanin is a powerful antioxidants, and have also anti-aging properties. They are protective against cellular oxidative stress, as with most of flavonoids has been able to establish a link between regular consumption of foods rich enantocianina and a lower incidence of a variety of malignancies.
