D·Origen Coffee Roasters, the renowned specialty coffee roaster based in Altea, has been awarded the Best Specialty CoffeeSpain Specialty Coffee 2023 award at the Fórum Coffee Fest held in Barcelona from September 29 to October 1.

The coffee that brought D·Origen Coffee Roasters to the pinnacle of excellence comes from the Las Perlitas estate in Colombia. This farm is composed of small producers in the Huila region, located at an altitude between 1,600 and 2,000 meters above sea level. Despite its limited scale, the quality of this coffee has been recognized by industry experts.
